This is an intensive meditation that I personally guide you through to help you access your subconscious wisdom.

This 3-hour intensive guided meditation takes you on a journey into the events that shaped your experience of sexuality. We will open this in prayer and play soft worship music in the background. You will need a comfortable and private space. I am going to ask you to feel sensations in your body that may not all be pleasant. This is going to bring up all the emotions including shame, guilt, sadness, and anger but in a way that helps you observe them with awareness and compassion, then continue on past them.

We will have one follow-up call the week after the experience and I will be available over messenger for questions.

You cannot create the future you desire without the courage to look into your past.

There you will have a chance to rewrite history by accessing the wisdom of your life experience.
